Sharing Cricut Craft Room Cuts

Morning!!!!  I am so not a morning person....& don't like to converse before 9am....Thankfully texting and blogging was invented!  Lol  Well....I am the proud owner of a Cricut Mini...I have been for about 4 months now.  Everyday I learn something new about it.  I hate reading directions/instructions.  I am a "figure it out" kind of person!  Anyhoo....as much as I adore my mini...I don't adore the cartridge prices!  BUT I said I will just suck it up and purchase cartridges!  Then the light bulb when off and I was like...hey why dont I make my own images.  DUH!!!  So at first I was unsure as to how to use mat layers.  So I decided to read and learn.  Now I feel like I am a pro (not really)!!  So now I am super excited about making my own images.  Now I will just purchase font cartridges and cartridges that I find on sale.  So here is my first one that I would like to share.  PLEASE PLEASE let me know if this works/doesn't work!  This is my test run!!!  This cut is of popcorn, film reel, & the little board the they have when the director says "take two"...I cant think of the real name for it.  Lol  I will be sharing other cuts as well!!  Have a good day!!

Tutorials

Happy Friday!!!!  What's everyone doing for the weekend?  I know I plan to stay indoors and cool!!  Heat & me are not that good of friends!  Lol  Well I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be posting tutorials on the different crafts I have done and I will continue to do so from now on!  I don't know what I was thinking just posting pics!!  Lol   Silly me... I guess I was having mommy memory!!  Well...hate to rush but I'm scrapping (scrapbooking) tonight with a couple friends!!  So...I need to pack up my cricut mini and everything else I am going to need!!  Oh...plus cook dinner before I go :(..Lol  Have an AWESOME weekend and drink plenty of water!

Ice Cream Social

So its officially Summer & it's HOT!!!   My 5 year old will be starting kindergarten in September!!  I am soooooo excited for her.  Well to kick off summer I thought I would throw my two daughters and ice cream social for their little friends.  I just wanted to do something simple yet fun!  Everyone had a blast... I can't wait to throw the next little get together!

TuTu Cupcake Toppers

Happy Monday Everyone!!!  I hope it was a good one and will continue to be a good one for everybody.  Just wanted to share a little project I did for my daughters ballet class.  I wanted to do something for them to celebrate their recital and the hard work they had put into it.  Soooooo I came up with making them cupcakes!!  And to make them super special I did cucpcake/tutu toppers!!  Here they are....

  This is my oldest daughter Liz....they did such an amazing job and they also enjoyed the cupcakes!

Hello Kitty Cricut Creation

Last post for today!!!  I have so much to post....bc I'm oh so behind!!!  Lol but I made this little creation with my cricut mini!! Whats is so awesome is that I do not have the Hello Kitty cartridge.  I did this just using basic shapes!  Go Me!!!  Lol

It's been FOREVER!!!!!

OMG I havent posted in ages!!!  Well we have had Valentine's Day, I have turned 29, and much much more.  I never got around to posting my crafts I had completed.  Those will be coming along with more I have done.  Well for Valentine's Day my husband got me this....

It was a complete surprise!!!  I was/am a happy wife!!  Shortly after Vday I started my new venture as a Thirty-One Consultant!!  I love love love it!!  I was always purchasing things and having a wish list of items that I wanted so I said hey....this could be the job for me!!!  Plus I adore the fact that its a faith based company who really stands by what they believe in.  Want to see a catalog, or take a look at my site...heres the info...

Lastly I turned 29 on March 30!!!!  I am well on my way to 30 and I'm excited about it!!!  I had an awesome birthday surrounded by friends and family!!  I had dinner @ Carrabas, then cake and ice cream at my house.  My husband once again surprised me with someone that I def wanted/needed!!!

And then it was Mother's Day! I spent the day with my family!  We went to the beach and relaxed, played in the sand, just enjoyed one another.  Then we had dinner....Chillis!!!  It was muy delicioso (very good)!!!  Oh wait I can't leave out my lovely gift from my husband and kids!!!

So I have been pretty busy!!  I also found out the my husband is being shipped to Afghanistan!!!  Thats a blog on its one!!  Lol  Well my next post will be my crafts!!!
